It was certainly time for an update for this kitchen. We were able to take three spaces (a small kitchen, powder bath, and what could have been called a butler’s pantry…but hardly) and make them into one large kitchen. We were then able to take a large and underutilized pantry and turn it into a mud room and powder bath. There was also a porch just off the kitchen that we transformed into an eating area and small bar. This kitchen now works for this busy family.
The details are what make this project a true stunner! We couldn’t resist these deep window wells and the opportunity to showcase kids art with this custom magnetic chalk board.
