The goal for this primary bathroom was to create a space that honored the character of a 1920’s Tudor home while providing modern functionality and timeless elegance. Our defining design gesture was the creation of a barrelled ceiling clad in green tile, inspired by original barrel ceilings found elsewhere in the home. The ceiling, combined with the jewel-box shower lined in matching tile, establishes a striking focal point and a sense of architectural integrity.
The result is a bathroom that balances historic authenticity with luxurious comfort—a space that feels both timeless and uniquely suited to the home’s legacy.
